What do I do if I am allergic, celiac, intolerant of some type of food or do not like any of the ingredients? Are there alternatives? Yes, as long as you specify when making reservations. We will talk with the kitchen team to make whatever modifications are necessary.
I’m vegetarian, do they have a menu? Let us know and we will tell you what we have at your disposal.
Can I come with small children? If you come to Restaurante Casa Rufino with the smallest ones we will be happy to attend to you and we will adapt to your tastes.
What happens if I do not present the day of the reservation or if I want to cancel it? You should consider modifying the reservation with at least 24 hours prior to the date of the initial reservation so that we can re-occupy the table.
Can we change the date, time and / or service of the reservation? And extend it to more diners? Yes, as long as the occupation allows us. What if we booked for four people and in the end there will only be two? (Reduce commensals of the initial reservation) Reduction as such is permitted. Is it important to meet the established arrival time? Punctuality is essential. The reservation schedules are accommodated to facilitate the room and kitchen service for your best attention. Being punctual when making reservations is of the utmost importance.
